Are the installation steps of integrated sewage treatment equipment complicated?
Analyze the installation requirements of buried sewage treatment equipment.
Sewage treatment equipment is mainly composed of hydrolysis acidification tank, contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, sludge tank and wind room. The equipment is mainly used for the advanced treatment of hospital sewage and similar domestic and industrial organic wastewater.
1. According to the installation drawing and foundation drawing, prepare the foundation according to the size of the installation plan, make the concrete bottom plate, the average pressure of the foundation is 5t/m², the foundation must be level, and the installation should be carried out after the pouring maintenance period of the concrete foundation.
2.The pipeline installation connection should be considered when the equipment is in place, the equipment must be in place according to the manual equipment weight, with the size of the crane tonnage, the installation sequence according to the site control map in place, the position of the cylinder, the direction can not be misplaced, and the spacing between each other must be correct.
3. According to the installation diagram, connect the pipes. After the equipment is in place, fasten the connecting pipes with rubber pads so that the joints do not leak.
4. After installation, the equipment and the foundation floor must be connected and fixed, absolutely ensure that the equipment does not move, and at the same time, sewage must be injected into the equipment (no sewage, with other water sources or tap water instead), the full degree must reach more than 70% to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check the pipes for leakage. The water test pipe junction must not leak, and the equipment is not subject to the rise of ground water, which causes the equipment to misposition and tilt.
5. After the installation of the equipment is complete, it can be filled with soil around the equipment and tamped in the gap. When leveling the ground, note that: (1) the manhole cover plate of the equipment must be about 50mm higher than the floor; (2) Do not allow soil to block the air intake on the manhole cover plate.
6. Connect the control line of the electric control cabinet to the equipment, pay attention to the steering of the underwater aerator and submersible pump motor when wiring, and put the basement control cabinet in a ventilated place to keep dry. Generally, the control cabinet cannot be placed in the open air. Must be protected from sun, rain, etc. To avoid the control board and connector leakage, burn the control board.
7. Cautions: (1) the installation of the equipment must ensure that there is no ponding in the rain, (2) the outlet pipe of the equipment must be below 0.4m relative to the floor, (3) there shall be no heavy weight above the equipment, no large vehicles shall pass by (referring to no special design), (4) the equipment generally shall not evacuate the internal sewage to prevent groundwater from floating the equipment.
8. Note that the equipment installation drawing and pipe connection drawing according to the standard connection and plane layout, if the user requests any arrangement, it shall be proposed at the time of signing the contract.
9. Connect the fan, water pump control line, and pay attention to the fan, water pump steering must be correct.
