How is the filter belt of the integrated wastewater treatment equipment classified
Do you know what classification there are in the filter belt of integrated sewage treatment equipment? Here is a detailed introduction for you.
1. Acid and alkali resistant filter belt: suitable for working environment in contact with acid and alkali, such as: phosphate fertilizer manufacturing, alumina industry, catalyst (4A zeolite) and other industries. The covering rubber is blended with rubber and filled with inert material with superior acid and alkali resistance, which is superior to the acid and alkali resistance of neoprene rubber. The skeleton material is polyester canvas, which is more reliable in acid and alkali resistance than the face canvas core. Pure rubber is used in the part of the drainage hole to prevent acid and alkali from penetrating through the cloth layer to stratify the filter belt, which reduces the service life of the filter belt.
2. Heat resistant filter belt: mainly used to filter high temperature materials, 80℃< temperature <180℃. According to the main performance of resistance to tropical damage and incapacity. Different heat resistance levels, the use of EPD or styrene butadiene rubber as covering glue, skeleton material is made of high-strength polyester canvas, heat-resistant glass cloth is laid between the covering glue and the skeleton layer, the drain hole is made of heat-resistant pure rubber layer, blocking the damage of high temperature to the skeleton. The life of heat-resistant filter belt is greatly improved.
3. Oil-resistant filter belt: covering adhesive using high acrylonitrile content nitrile adhesive as the main material, using polyester canvas as the skeleton material. Suitable for filtration, oily materials and contact with various working oil environment, with low volume change rate, high strength, wide range of use and other advantages.
4. Cold resistant filter belt: polyester canvas is used as the core, and the covering rubber is made of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance. It can be used normally at minus 40℃.
